Who do you contact about fifa video games?

Alot of people (including myself) have asked about a fifa women's video game. So i wanted to know who we would contact about it. I think it would be a good idea to have a fifa women's video game because it would appeal more to the female audience(getting to play as their favorite women's player). Obviously 10 points will be given to the best answer. Please answer :)

    My information on sports games is a little out-dated, but doesn't Electronic Arts (EA Games) have an EA Sports division that does all the FIFA games every year?
