Can you translate this paragraph into Spanish?
Hi, I'm doing an oral presentation for my Spanish 2 class, and I need help!
This is the paragraph I need translated:
I present to you James. He is 15 years old and he is from Sacramento. He has hazel eyes, is 6 foot, and has brown hair. His personality is described as being cool, funny, and awkward. He likes dirtbiking, photography, and video games. He doesnt like douchebags. His favorite subject in school, is lunch. After school he rides his bike, and plays on the computer. After school he rides his bike and plays on the computer. His favorite foods are pizza and rice. In his family are his mom, dad, and sister.
So far I have only translated this:
Les presento a James. (El) Tiene quince anos y el es de Sacramento. (El) Tiene ojos avellana.
Btw do I have to put El in front of everything?
Comments
no you don't need to use él in front of everything since you've already made it clear you're talking about James.
do you have to use this format exactly? like his personality is described as? cause you could just say Es suave, comico y raro (Strange?). Le gusta dirtbiking (I'd say don't translate that cause no one in your class will know what it is in spanish anyway, so you may as well use that even if there is a spanish alternative), fotografia y video juegos. No le gustan las personas malas. En escuela, su sujeto favorito es el almuerzo. Despues de escuela le gusta a caminar su bicicleta y jugar con payasos. Sus comidas favoritas son pizza y arroz. Vive con sus padres y su hermana. if she's his younger sister you can say 'hermanita'
