How do i trade non steam items for Team fortress items?

Im trying to get an unusual hat in tf2 i happen to have a Warcraft pet code from blizzcon that i never used thats worth $50-100 and was wondering how I would trade this for a hat in tf2

I meant were would i make such a trade? ive seen some websites that could trade real money off paypal but i haven't seen any thing were i can put in a item that is not a steam or paypal item. because how else would I advertise the trade.

    well you could contact the owner of a hat of the sort and if you trust them enough you can give them the code then they give you the hat, or they give you the hat then you give them the code.
