Gross Domestic Product?
If the when calculating GDP a product is included in a particular year when it is is produced then what happen if it is sold the next year. Is it correct that nothing is counted in GDP for the then purchase of this item?

It will be counted in the year it is sold but the materials that were paid to by it (the inputs) will be included in the production year.
