You need a flashcart. I recommend acekard2i. It looks like a ds cartridge with a little microsd slot. So you will need to buy a microsd card, and have a way to hook it up to your computer. Then you need to go to the acekard site and download the system files to put on your sd card, it will include a games folder, just drop the roms in and play.
If you mean that you use the acekard 2i or r4ds, then you have to have a micro SD card and a micro SD card reader. The SD card reader should have a usb port in which you put the games on.
