hello, I would like to be able to check my two yahoo-email account in one step (so with one open account instead of checking both all the time). Does somebody know the specific name of the POP-account that I have to fill in next to 'mail server'? Thank you very much in advance!: )

For yahoo mail you need upgrade to yahoo mail plus to get
the full pop3 service for access to outlook,incredimail,
thunderbird and others. For more info see the link below.

* Incoming Mail Server (POP3): plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
Use SSL, port: 995
* Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication
And for yahoo mail servers address (for yahoo.co.uk address)
* Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk
* Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smpt.mail.yahoo.co.uk

Eddies answer was correct for the settings but you DO NOT need to upgrade to a paid account, you can access a free account through POP3 with Outlook, Outlook Express etc, I have done this for a long time now
