HELP!! I'm a complete skype noob?

On Skype, it show hundreds of people who I'm not friends with on Facebook, but it thinks that I am. I think Skype may be synced with one of my friend's facebook instead of mine. It shows me messaging people when I'm not, so what in the world is going on??? How do I fix this?

I would put my real facebook on Skype IF I KNEW HOW

    now if i recall correctly you will need to ask your freind who has their account synced to your skype to go to their apps and delete the skype app on their facebook then you can add your facebook via skype
