I went contact lenses training during Christmas Break, and I could not get them in at all!! Can someone tell me what the doctor said to do when you were getting contact lenses?
What my doctor told me to do is start with my right eye first because I'm right handed. He then told me to open my upper eye lid by holding the lashes part with my left index and middle finger. Then you use your middle finger to open the lower eye lid, again holding on to the lashes part, and have your lenses concave up on your index finger. You then just put in the lens and hold on for 30 seconds. Then blink to make sure its in properly.

Keep on trying, make sure the contact isn't flat on your finger and put a drop of solution on it, and lightly press it on your eye. Good luck!
