how to access yahoo.com from france?
this is driving me crazy. lived in france for 6 years. recently when I try to go to Yahoo.com (yahoo usa), I am automatically redirected to http://fr.yahoo.com/?p=us, the french yahoo site. There is even an icon on the main french page for yahoo.com with a US flag, but even this redirects back to the french yahoo page. Obviously the content is not the same ;-) I am using IE9. I have deleted browsing history, cookies, temp internet files, everything except my list of favorites (which yahoo is not in). any helpful tips appreciated.

Same here with IE.
Try from the command line:
start http://www.yahoo.com/
I do wish that the counsel provided that's inaccurate as my pal and her husband have in basic terms settled in Brittany and she or he suffers from MS. they had looked at this edge of scientific care and could be very worried if that's the case. If what you assert is authentic is this the French government's way of preserving immigration down? the place did you come across out this counsel please? thank you! Tall Paul has it impressive....you pick this sort for any scientific care and so a ways as i'm conscious this could contravene ecu policies. whether, any ecu member has the impressive to impose their own way of administrating those policies. to illustrate we went to Greece and in spite of the undeniable fact that we had scientific coverage and this sort we had to pay the fees up front and declare them as quickly as we've been given back homestead. yet somebody settling there could might desire to take out a distinct sort of inner maximum scientific coverage.
Do you have your "Homepage" set to France?
(generally, look in Tools> Options> General tab; I never use iE so i'm not certain)
Last ditch effort; try resetting your 'hostfile':
