Maybe you should be tested for food allergies. I doubt you have any, but I think it's worth a shot. As another poster wrote, you answered your question when you said you don't want new foods and when the list of acceptable foods is so small. There isn't much we can write because you already closed the door on suggestions, Maybe you could try Ensure or Carnation Instant Breakfast mix as a way of getting a little more nutrition. The problem with eating a severely limited number of foods is that your body is deprived of necessary nutrients and vitamins. Maybe you could take vitamin pills, but they aren't as good as getting vitamins from food. I think you might want to try a little counseling, although you might hate the idea. It would help if you knew why you have such strong reactions even to the idea of eating most food. Sometimes that happens when there's a power struggle between a parent and a small child, and it gets worse as the years go by. I once knew someone with eating habits similar to yours, and that's how it began for him. Sometimes, too, a person can develop your kind of eating because it gets lots of attention from the family. It sounds strange, but a lot of people are so hungry (literally) for attention that they'll go to extremes like this. Also, it puts them in control, and that is also valuable. If you're serious about improving your diet, counseling would be the best way to go. This is a eating disorder even though you may not have thought of it that way. Good luck.
it dosent matter what you eat what matters is if you eat something! like if you go to Ihop they will give you pancakes at 3 in the morning! or 9 in the night

Well I think of it as breakfast food, but I guess you could call it a dessert if you want.
Sure. There is nothing wrong with that. It is probably healthier than most desserts.
Sure why not ... I used to have pancakes and syrup fora snack all the time .
