  • Now that you have checked all those things, did you check to see that power is going to the compressor? And are both of the wires still hooked up on compressor plugs? My 93 Acclaim droppped one of those wires, and it didn't work!

Is the blower motor working? I also have a problem with fuseable link on mine occasionally! On my car when the "link wire" burns out the a/c and blower doesn't work (and my clue is that the "airbag" light stays on till it is fixed)! Fuseable links are generally about 1 1/2 foot from battery cable connector on battery! Has a bunch of wires all coming off main cable, -- bad one will have "wrinkled" looking covering from being too hot! It doesn't take much of a tug to make it "part"! Fuseable links are cheaper than fuses (and fuseholders )-- all they are is slightly smaller wire than one in wiring loom, so that it burns out before damage done on main wiring! You can buy fuesable link wire at auto supply for about 50-60 cents a foot!

  • by pass the system and jump the compressor clutch to see if thats the problem next. the plug end is close to the compressor and should have 1 prong verticle and 1 horizontal but but may be just in line. make a small jumper to go from the battery post possative and negative and simple put power to the lines going to the compressor. if the clutch suddenly pulls in the clutch is ok most likely any way, and if nothing happens the clutch went bad feel free to contact me further if you wish at www.mycarandineedhelp.com a free web site for do it your self machanics to ask for help

  • the clutch is probably bad in the compressor.

  • No air but I will bet it has a loud stereo and big shiny wheels

  • Get a new compressor!
