Is Metro PCS a bad service prvider?

Im thinking about doing the family plan, 2 lines for 70 a month with unlimited local, long distance, and text, but Im wondering how their service is? I live in Orange County.. I heard from one person their service is bad.

    I think Metro has limited service. Meaning the service is not as good as Verizon or AT&T's. Check the coverage in your area before switching. Look on the coverage map. If you get good service in your area, then go for it.
