Do i have a sickness or disease? ASAP!?
Ok so to start this question off i will tell you my history from last year and then ill tell you all about the present time well last year all i did was go to school - come back - stay at home - sleep - weekends-stay at home- never go out. This year however it was different I joined a youth police academy this year it was a 6 week program that consisted of hard excercise and a trip once a week by the way this program was 5 days a week. So this program offers hard excersice pretty much like the insanity workout but just a little bit easier. Last week i graduated from the program and was relieved that i could go back to staying at home all day until school started again. The first 6 days so far I have been feeiling VERY VERY dizzy constantly all the time all day everyday! Now I know most people will tell me "Go outside!" you will feel better! Actually I have gone out 4 days so far for more then 3 hours each time to get some fresh air or to just go buy something at the mall but as soon as I come home at least 30 minutes later i start feeling an awful headache along with being really dizzy. It seems like the only way i could get rid of this awful headache and being dizzy is going outside! But that just seems like a curse because a human can choose to go out or stay home but in this case I am forced to leave the house! So please can someone respond to me? I am afraid i will have to go to the hospital or doctor to get this checked out soon Thank you!

Sounds like you may be allergic to something in the house. Did you get a new dog or cat? Or did something change in the house? It really sounds like something in the house.
Slight possibility: If you have fluorescent lights, you might be very sensitive to their flickering...even if you don't consciously notice it. That's especially true if you have some condition on the autism spectrum, such as Asperger's or ADHD.
If it were other things (inner ear infection, orthostatic hypotension, adrenal insufficiency), then going outside wouldn't help.
You probably should go to a doctor to get it checked out. I'd begin with your family physician or a GP, and get a referral to an allergist.
Hope that helps.
