Riccar 888 "Cameo" Info?

I was just cleaning out the basement of my house and uncovered an old sewing machine that my parents have had for many years given to them by my grandmother.

It is a Riccar model MZ-888 sewing machine. It is still in its case and the outside of the case is branded Riccar however the machine itself has a nameplate riveted to the side bearing the name "Cameo" in gold writing. I have tried to research this machine and could only find info about similar 888 models named "SUPER STRETCH" but could not find anything on the name given to this machine.

Does anyone know anything about this machine? It was made in Japan. It is complete with every accessory and is very clean!
