no you can't the game boy micro is not compatible to trade with anything other than a game boy (advance or micro don't matter) even a ds although they are both wireless compatible.(the GB wireless adapter is NOT ds freindly) & a link cable will not work at all for a micro or ds.
The DS does not have a cable slot to attach the gameboy trade link cable which is necessary for trades - the DS is wireless, and nothing more. The old Gameboy series was *NEVER* wireless.
The trade you wish to do can't be done unless you possess two gameboys of the same brand, to my recollection.
