How to recover natural nails after acrylic nails!?
I recently got my nails done, I had acrylics done and they lasted for just over 3 weeks, i was impressed. Today I took them off, before I had them done my nails grew really fast and were thick, healthy and strong. Now they are brittle and thin and taking them off ripped quite a few layers of my natural nails off. This is upsetting because I regret having them done. Please help, what is the best way to recover my natural nails, restoring their natural healthiness and fairly quickly??

there is really no quick way to do it. Getting them back to the way that they were is still going to take some time. I would suggest, eat right first and foremost, drink plenty of water, you can take vitamins, but the vitamin bottles labeled "biotin" or "hair, skin, and nails" - ( which is also biotin) are specifically and only aimed towards the growth and health of your hair, skin, and NAILS, which that seems to be your main focus. trim your nails regularly, which you can do in a nail salon or at home. your nails should be back to normal some time soon. acrylic nails are known to do that so don't get them anytime soon or ever again while you're trying to get your real nails back to normal or it's going to be a waste of time.
Personally i don`t agree with them. A nail is made up of 3 horny layers & the technician takes top 1 off,so Acrylic nail will stay on. Now rub cuticles with lanolin, every chance you get & especially att night.Eat well & hope-fully a new nail will grow up. May take 6 months or less.No varnish at all.Never try them again.
