uk xbox 360 return process?

ok so i'm in the UK with a dead xbox

i'm trying to make heads and tails of this whole thing

in America you get a prepaid box to send it back in

over here i get an e-label, and then get told to drop it off at the nearest UPS station or something

can someone please enlighten me on the details?

what to take it in, what to do with the label etc.

    Here in America, we no longer receive prepaid boxes to send it in.

    We just receive an email to print it out or by mail.

    I suggest you pack it up, just the console itself.

    Nothing else included.

    Place the label on the box
