Is a ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics card good?
Im a PC Gamer with Windows 7. Is ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics good enough for games like fallout new vegas (with mods) , Dragon Age, Sims, etc.
My RAM is 3072 MB. My W7 is home premium version. Is this good? or not?

I personally would not go for this card. Anything lower then 4xxx is not the best for gaming. I do believe however that if you are on a budget, this card should be able to handle the newer games, just on a lower graphics settings.
hi mate
not really, and as the other answers stated the radeon HD3200 is actually a onboard graphics controller.... however as onboard graphics go the HD3200 is actually pretty good... however it wont run games like fallout new vegas and the sims at any reasonable detail or resolution
your ram is fine..3gb of memory is more than enough for any of todays games... and windows 7 is solid....im using windows 7 ultimate and i wouldnt go back to vista or xp if you paid me !
what you need to do is discover what graphics bus(slot) you have .... to do this you can either open your case and physically inspect your motherboard..... or download a program such as "cpu-z" from http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html ....... then once you have installed it click on the "graphics" tab and it will inform you on what graphics interface you have... if not then try downloading and running "gpu-z"( http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z... ) .......once you have downloaded gpu-z you simply run it from file ( no need to install ) and then look at the part marked "bus interface " ...... this will show what slot your motherboard has
another factor to consider is the size of your case.... some modern pc,s use small form factor cases..... such as acer, dell and hp...... and this can cause issues when trying to fit graphic cards..... and then theres also your power supply.... some modern pc,s use small 250w psu,s which are ok for your current HD3200 however no good for more powerful cards
for serious pc gaming you need a good graphics card ( budget cards like the nvidia GTS450 and radeon HD5670 cost only £80 however are more than good enough for games like new vegas and the sims )... so you dont need to buy high end cards for gaming.... im only using a XFX GTS250
let me know more details about your pc such as case size... make and model of pc.....cpu.... then i may be able to assist you further
i hope this helps, any problems let me know
good luck and happy new year !

Not really. The Radeon HD 3200 isn't even a card, it's integrated graphics built-in to your motherboard. It's better than Intel's older integrated graphics so it's capable of playing a few games on low detail, but that's about it. The 3200 is inferior to $40 graphics cards.

that guy is wrong ah.the 3850, the 3870 and the 3870X2 (its still a monster right now) are really good cards in the 3000 series.
i would say no to the radeon hd 3200.
