How to convert fraps videos?

Hi there, first, my question may not be clear but its around that, first of all, i am making a project of 20 videos combined together to make a big one. Im doing this on windows movie maker. I had a problem and an error message when the vieos were recording together but i have fixed (almost) the problem with Theorica codecs. My problem is that okay, the error message dosen't appear but the estimated time grows of 4 minutes each second. I tough it woulf fix in 2 or 3 minutes so i have waited...waited... let my computer on all night and sleeped to end the download and when i woke up, i had something like 16 000 minutes remaining and the problem was still there.

I have recently found that my problem was with my videos, they are filmed with FRAPS, so i want to know if there is a way to convert those Fraps videos so my project could work or otherwise, if there is another solution, let me know, thanks!

Thanks in Advandce, i have been searching for the past 3 days and i have found nothing, i need desesperate help imao....
