How to Diagnose Agent Orange from a parent?

My fiancee's dad was a Vietnam Veteran and he was exposed to Agent Orange while over there and my fiancee is wondering if she may have it because it can pass on to multiple generations from the parents. What does she need to do to find out if she has it? Can doctors diagnose it, if so how?

    No you should be fine. he needs to go to a VA hospital for treatment if he is not already doing so.
