No one here knows your weight or other medical factors.
I had a friend who OD'd by taking a dozen. It caused permanent damage to his liver, and he was kicked out of the Navy.
Better safe than sorry, and an overdose of Paracetamol is not a painless way to go. Paracetamol toxicity is the number one cause of acute liver failure in the western world.
Even taking a little too much too frequently over a few days can cause harm or be fatal.
If you need medical help and don't get it, you could suffer irreversible liver damage.
The liver can cope with this so long as its level dont go too high.
However if the level goes up too much the liver cant cope and it kills liver cells
(ALL liver damage is irreverable cos the liver cant repair damage)
sticking to the doseage on the boxes makes sure the level stays well below this "max" level at all times
HOWEVER - taking the dose you would normally take in say 1 day all at once.causes the level to rise sharply
Result - the level goes above the safety level and cells begin to die until the level comes down again
This can also happen on a longer time scale if you regularly exceed a max dose even by a small amount
There may not be enough cells killed to actually kill you but these cells cant be replaced
Do it enough times and eventually there will be enough cells killed that the liver cant function any more and you die (the ONLY thing that can save you is a liver transplant, but with a non-functioning liver you only have around 2 weeks to get one)
Not long ago a girl died cos she took just slghtly more than the recommended dose on a regular basis
You can also kill cells by drinking too much alcohol. So you COULD get to the stage where just 1 drink could kill you
20 paracetamol can prove fatal in an adult, so 9 is a significant overdose in someone of your age. There is a risk of liver damage, and you must arrange a local medical contact.
I take 2 every 4-6 hours. I am 14 to and i rely on paracetamol when I am in pain, nothing has ever happened, there is nothing to worry about it. Just take them when you really need it.

Overdose can cause liver damage but I'd call poison control, a pharmacist or doctor before freaking out.
