    there is overclocking, though i don't recommend it, and MANY motherboards do not support it.

    i doubt it would increase internet speed, in case that is what your goal is, and any increase for gaming purposes would be menial...

    the BEST option would be to either get a fresh CPU (check what your motherboard can handle), or save and invest in upgrading your WHOLE PC.

    i'd go with option 2, if it were me, though it may not be possible if you have a laptop...
