Hmm... give us the name of the game? A Celeron CPU is not great for gaming, but I like to spend my time on overpriced PC's, so I guess it's a great bang for the buck.
As for the graphics card... I don't think it's adequate. There's a review here:
http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2427...
The review shows that the 950 doesn't even compare to last-generation graphics cards.
Well, the integrated graphics card (950) is power-saving, after all.
Edit: ah, I see... Flight Simulator X? Well, at pc.ign.com, the editor noted that his average computer could not play the game at sufficient speeds. Read his review for more info.

The reviewer says, "Once again this is likely due to the graphics setting being "medium low," however it is the only way I can even fly the plane without Flight Simulator X turning into a slide show" (http://pc.ign.com/articles/748/748753p2.html). That's even with a dedicated 256 MB x850 ATI graphics card. Your Geforce 7400 and Intel 950 probably won't fare better than his x850 did. Sorry if I sound a little harsh, because ... that's the way it is in the gaming world ... always updating to keep up with the latest games.
i dont know too much about graphics cards, but I lnow that nvidia is one of the best. There is another one thats just as good as nvidia, but I dont remember the name of it. Our computer science teacher talked about this stuff in class, she plays world of warcraft and needed a good graphics card. If you do change cards, then just make sure it is compatable with all the other hardware on your computer. It would be easier to answer with the actual name of the game.
Yes. It is designed for DirectX 9. Read this.
