My dog is super paranoid!?
My dog is a jack russel and when ever he falls asleep if you make any noise what so ever or even touch him he will jerk awake and sometimes even growls and snaps! Me and my family don't know why(Im 14) me and my mom think its because when he was a pup my dad would mess with him while he slept could that be why?

Make sure your dog has his own bed, and make it a family rule that no one is to mess with him when he's asleep. Its not fair on the dog if he can't even rest without being teased.
Some dogs have sleep-startle aggression; leave them alone.
