You might try an NSAID pain reliever like Aleve with naproxen. These are hard on the stomach and not good to take for prolonged periods of time. Also I would see a Gyno about having a transvaginal ultrasound to check for scar tissue, adhesions, polyps or cysts. Something else for temporary relief of pain would be a sitz bath, find what works best for you, cooler or warmer water. If bloated and swollen cooler may be better.
I wouldn't stop going back to the Doctors until you are satisfied that there is nothing else going on.
Here are some ways to help with your cramps.
1.Try to take a warm bath.
2.place a hot bottle of water on your abdomen
3.Use a dry heating pad
4.exersice, take a walk or ride a bike
Try those when i was 11 years old i went to

I have the same problem..but i dont think mine are as bad..if they are really bothering you, and midol or advil, a hot water bottle, or a heating pad dont seem to help then i would probably go to the doctor..
Being sick with the flu. Cramps are expected and you can buy stuff for it. The flu just hits you like Wham and you can't do anything but suffer in silence or send somebody out to get stuff you don't have.
