How do you download An XP printer into a Vista PC?

I have a brand new HP Microsoft Vista PC. My printer is an HP C4180 All-in-one printer (printer, copier and scanner). The printer is an XP. They are not compatible. What can I download to make them compatible. I now there is a way but I am having trouble.

    Here's the page where you can download the Windows Vista driver for your HP Photosmart C4180 All-in-One Printer.

    Although it's a larger file, I would suggest that you download the HP Photosmart Full Feature Software and Drivers. It's 159.25 MB in size, but you are more likely to have all of the up-to-date drivers included.

    Go to http://www.hewlettpackard.com/ Look under support and drivers. Do a search for your printer and download the Vista driver software. Use this software to install your printer.

    That should do it.
