I like Veronica better, and Veronica Rose sounds way cute! Veronnie is unique but it just doesn't sound like a name to me.
Veronica sounds more like a name than Veronnie unless you pronounced it (Ver- Row- knee) However, that name sounds weird. Veronica is definitely nicer makes me think it belongs to a very beautiful young woman.
