You are asking peoples opinion which let's me know you are not sure about this. Right away, I would advice you no.
First, you should add details about yourself because depending on what your mama already gave you, most guysmight like you natural.
I'll be blunt: most guys like natural including myself..... BUT most guys also like big. Girls might think I'm mean if I say that I only really have dated girls with big boobs (many girls date guys who are taller, so don't judge me without looking at yourself). But of all the girls I've been with, only one was fake (or enhanced). I'm more of a feel type of guy in bed and I can say natural is better.
However, if you are small like an A cup, I wouldn't look at you either way so get them. But if you have C cups, those would be good to go already in my opinion. If your in the middle, like a B/normal, wait until you have a kid one day (they still grow).
Also, if you are young, like under 21, I would wait to see if they grow out.

Fakes will never sag with age, loose their shape, and they are usually big. But they feel hard, have the famous "boob job" scar, and they do look nice, I think natural look nicer.

Real. If someone is so shallow that they insert foreign material in their bodies fortheheckofit, then wouldn't want to be with them. I would rather be with someone who accepts themself for what they are. Would you date someone who is fake? If not, then why would you date someone who alters their body from what it was originally?

i was also thinking of getting one, if your worried about looking too fake i wouldn't go over 2 sizes then you are now.
or no larger then DD after that size you can point out whats fake.
