So if you think it is harassment then quit and find another JOB instead of staying and bi@tching over it all the time.
You will not like this but as an employer I have had such issues and so I watch the situation from afar and more than 99% of the time the person screaming sexual harassment is giving off "dog in heat" vibes to the man. So look in your own mirror first then precede with what ever you think you need to do to make sure everyone thinks he is the baddddddd guy. Yes dear I am a woman.
He's not a pervert unless you're under age. It's perfectly normal for people to flirt with someone they're interested in. Make it clear that you're not interested and he will stop.
So you don't know that he's taking pictures of you?
A shift supervisor (probably a guy who likes you) told you he's doing it, and he knows it's happening because he hangs around the security monitors with the other guy a lot?
He's "flirty" with you and smiles at you? Oh no smiling, what ever will you do when people are polite?
Being flirty is not sexual harassment. Trying to talk to you is not sexual harassment. Smiling at you is not sexual harassment. Taking pictures of you is not sexual harassment, unless those pictures show you in the bathroom, doing your thing, and they are taken without your consent.
All you need to do is try to be professional, respond in a way that there's no doubt that you are not interested in any personal relationship.
Yes. You need to either report him to his boss or, better yet, go to him and tell him that you feel harassed and if he doesn't stop you will report him to his boss. Immediately.
It's not sexual harassment unless you told him repeatedly to stop. You just found out...tell him to stop. But taking a picture off of a security system is not a form of harassment. Creepy or not.
Ok say you complain to hr and hr brings him in and they have a talk. Isnt it gonna be really awkward after that between you and your boss? What i would suggest is to ignore his flirting and he will slowly see youre not interested in his nonsense and let go.
I would wait and see if I were you. He might have a valid reason and then it would be really awkward. But if you are seriously feeling violated by this, talk to him. If he starts touching you then definitely do something about it. If it gets to that point, it needs to stop.
Oh grow up. I'm sure you're not as hot as you THINK you are. Maybe he is making sure you're following company policy.
Yes it is, see the manager above him or go to the personnel department and tell them what is going on, tell him loudly to stop if you see him taking pictures of you,if he does not stop you may have to inform the police.
