How do I download mixtapes from Datpiff.com?

I have Windows Vista and use Internet Explorer. I get to the website hit download then save but it doesn't let me save it as a file. When it downloads there is a little itunes icon next to it instead of the file icon. Could my anti-virus software have anything to do with this? I have downloaded mixtapes from there before but I forgot what I did lol, and the only thing that has changed since is my anti-virus software. Also I have heard about unzipping the file or whatever its called and that option does not show up when I right click on the file. Any help would be appreciated.

    Make sure you dont have "open with" selected but the save option checked thats how it looked when i went on IE but i use Mozilla
