How do you program a Keyless Entry Remote on a 2010 Toyota Camry SE?

I just bought a 2010 Toyota Camry SE, however I have to lock and unlock the car manually which is a real pain. My car dealer said he will charge me $350 to program it for me. I'm a college student and $350 is a lot of money. I've seen other websites where you can program the car yourself. Is there a way to do this? Can you give me the steps? Or a website? Your answer will help me a lot! Thank you!

    2006 was the last year for programming Camry remotes yourself. An automotive locksmith can do it for less than the dealer will, though.
