• Nah, you use PayPal or similar [1]. It's got to be https [2] and that costs a lot of wonga. Alternatively, you get people to post cheques/checks. Or get a bank account that allows you to take their card details over the phone.

• There's only so much space on a page. You don't say why paragraphs breaking over a page is so bad, because it's not normally a problem. Pagination is normally something that I leave until I've finished typing all the content. Then I can decide if…
