I always wondered why girls are more self conscious and have such low self esteem compared to boys. Why is that? Can you compare the difference between boys and girls?
Not necessarily true... both genders can have low self esteem. I've had very low self esteem before, and I am a male... many boys have low self esteem. Although yes, girls do have it in higher quantities I believe... but it's not exclusive...
But males suicide rate (which is more then just self esteem issues of course) are A LOT higher then female suicide rates... for example;
