Auto paint primer for plastic?

im painting my headlight bezels the same color as my car to match the corvette style headlight. The bezel is plastic inside and the paint im using is a staged automotive paint that i got from a auto body shop. what primer can I use to put on the plastic so the automotive paint will stick? The bezel won't flex at all considering it a hard plastic and it will be inside the headlight away from anything that could bump into it.

Need answer quick thxs

Update:

k, the shop i got my paint at suggest bulldog or something like that but it was like 20 dollars a can. Im looking for a like 8-10 bucks that will work.

  • urethane primer will be your best bet.some people call it 2k

  • Bulldog is the standard product to use.Maybe it's cheaper in a spray can.
