Although, there is a way to capture 3ds gameplay on your computer. You can order a 3ds captur card online, it's a mod that attaches to the bottom of your device and it looks just like one of those battery extension packs. Then you plug it into your computer with the USB cord and it records perfectly.

nope, not yet. It will be probably 3-5 years before one is released and actually able to play commercial games well.
