Pay-Pal payment systems?

does anybody know without me contacting pay-pal. If its possible to set up a gratitude payment system that automaticaly sends a payment to a web site that refers a customer to me that buys a product. can it be done automaticaly once someone clicks a referal link?

    You would have to program this yourself on your server end, and the referring websites would have to pre-register with their email address they have attached to a PayPal account.

    Then when the referral link comes through, you capture the refrerral number or the referrer web page, match that with a registered site in your database, and send out a payment to that site's designated email.

    You cannot set-up automatic transfers through PayPal: each and every transaction must be manually confirmed at the sending end.
