Who makes a very pigmenty orange eyeshadow?
I need it for Halloween. I've already tried the obvious (MAC, Smashbox, Ben Nye). Basically I need a very hallo-weeny type orange. Anyone know of where I can get this?

Sugar Pill cosmetics are VERY pigmented and have REALLY vibrant colors.

Loreal has a line of eye shadows and lip sticks for black women, who of course need higher level of pigments in makeup so it shows up on darker skin. It's called HIP (it stands for Highly ____ Pigmented or something even). You can find it at any drugstore, Walmart, Target, wherever.

Try sephora. they carry a brand called Tokidoki and they have some nice bright colors. Or just overall they have nice colors
