Trade Help?

I'm in a 11 team rotissiere league. My pitching stats are pretty solid but I'm towards to bottom in homeruns and RBI's. I was offered a trade of Carlos Quentin and Andy Pettitte for Erik Bedard and Robinson Cano. Quentin can really help me in RBI's and has been a stud this year. I also think Pettitte will bounce back strong in the second half. Should I make the trade? Or am I selling too low on Bedard? Here's what my current team looks like.

3B - Aramis Ramirez

SS - Jose Reyes

OF - Manny Ramirez

OF - BJ Upton

  • You can afford to lose Bedard but I think not only are you selling low on him you throw in the fact that you are buying high on Quentin, I think you try to do the opposite and sell high on Santana or Volquez both are solid young pitchers but are not likely to match there first half numbers in the second half, offer one of them instead I think it would be a fair deal with either of them in that offer instead of Bedard.

  • Looks like you can afford to lose Bedard. You've got some solid pitching and Quentin will be a great addition.
