If it's on her face, she can probably get some high-end, high concealing makeup. (Not like cover girl, more like Lancome or other department store brands.)
If it's elsewhere on her body, a dermatologist may be able to prescribe something. Or, she could get that air-brush spray on body makeup that models use.
well if anythign she can use foundation and concealer if she goes to a a place taht sells makeup tehy cna match to her skin color or maybe use skin lightenign cream if its darker than her natural skin tone
