Look near the button - there's a hole just large enough to stick a straightened out paper clip into. Put the paper clip in there and push against the resistance you'll feel. The drive tray will come out just about enough for you to grab it with your fingernails and pull it open (slowly).
(NEVER use a toothpick - if it breaks off inside there you could have a problem.)
There is a small hole on the door. Turn your computer off, use a straight pin or toothpick, put in hole and it should pop. It is a, oh,I don't know what it's called, but I know that's why the little hole is there.
yeah, I couldn't remember what I used, but I did think that about the toothpick when I had the problem, I did use a paperclip.

as previously mentioned use the small hole on the drive, your other option is to go into my computer and right click and select eject.
BTW I have never turned my pc off to eject a disc by using the hole option
