Try kickboxing or martial arts. Excellent way to work off the aggression! You can get home exercise videos which do a kickboxing workout (Tae-bo) - it's all punching and roundhouse kicking. Great stress reliever.
Cribbage is good, although I prefer canasta, and I can't seem to stop playing dominoes lately. Sad but true...

If you are stressed do some sports like roller blading or jogging
