There was a report on scam.com from a guy who writes a blog. Someone posted a link to the "minute" website on his blog in one of their entries. He said he got lots of complaints from his blog readers that they lost money using the "minute" site for transfers. The owner of the blog apologized and said that it is better to use card-to-card transfers or receive the money the same way you originally set up the account.
There were no other customer reviews about the site in 3 pages of search engine results except one guy who said that he heard of several people having their accounts debited but the money was never credited to their payoneer card.
I don't know what it is you are talking about. Some other people here don't either. However,it'll be interesting to see if NYC has a lot more tornados in it's future. Edit: I just read your profile. It's a scam site, I used it to exchange money from my Bit account to my PM and they didn't post the money. Don't fall for the site it's a scam site and it has been reported already please don't fall victim.
