It's nothing to do with slow internet. Numerous users are having this, there is nothing on any of the help pages about it. Occasionally you may see a staff answer which says they are working on the problem. They say it should be fixed fairly soon now.
Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue and we intend to have it corrected as soon as possible. Please allow us 3-7 days to resolve this issue.
