Upgrade 32 bit os to 64 bit?
I have a 2 GB ddr3 Ram in my system and its Speed: 1,067 MHz I want to increase it to 6 GB so can I pair it with a 4 GB ram my system details are:

i want to upgrade to a 64 bit system right now its 32 bit so please suggest what updates should i require?

Updates as in software patching? I wouldn't try to do that. Just make sure Intel's database says the CPU is 64-bit and you are set to root-canal the reinstall.
First off make sure that the new ram is EXACTLY the same as the old name (I.e. brand/model etc). Then plug the new RAM into 2 ram slots of the same colour on your motherboard
Next you need to reinstall windows with the 64 bit version and you are good to go.
Your cpu has to be 64-bit.
