Nope- if there's HCG in a woman's system then it will tunr the preganncy test positive, if not it'll be negative. If a woman tests too early it's very possible she'll get a false negative (meaning she is pregannt but there isn't enough HCG in her urine for the test to pick up yet), but never the other way around.
no they can turn up negative and be false but u can never have a false positive........if you took one and thats what it said then congradulations your pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!

A blood test for pregnancy from the Doctor is alot more accurate. However, HPT's rarely have false positive results.

No, pregnancy tests read for pregnancy hormones that are only present if pregnant...there can be false negatives, but not false positives.
