How do you pick a career?
I'm always in the library after school looking at career books and trying to figure out what I want to be. So far, its narrowed down to Foreign Correspondent, Actor, Engineer, Archaeologist, Journalist, Surgeon, and many others...
I know it depends on my interests, but I can't seem to narrow them down. In the end, I would like to be somewhat wealthy, be in the military for some time, and have some degree of fame (blush). I know, high expectations, but thats the only expectations I usually have!
HELP!

For some people they don't find a career, a career finds them. After World War II, my grandfather took a job in insurance. He eventually ended up as the president. He did it for over 40 years and retired at 70, wealthy and beloved by those who had worked with him. Just shape your opportunities as they come at you. Use each as an experience and just be prepared to accept bumps along the way
