1996 honda accord ac problems?

changed low pressure switch and still no a/c. when i bypass the switch it works. so it has to be something electrical. pressures are ok. where are the relays so i can switch them and see if it works and where is the cut-off switch located on the drier/accumulator and how do u switch it back on? ty

i know of the relay box under the hood but none of them are for the ac. and the one under the steering wheel. i only found one fuse for the ac and it works and is getting power.
