who painful is a nose piercing..?

when I got my seconds done in my ears I was so nevus I went all cold! So if that was just my ears would I go into shock of havein my nose done? My mum don’t want to to get it done, and she told me sister (who had it) that is was really painful!

I found that it hurt less than getting your ear pierced, mainly because they often use a gun to do your ears, but for the nose it was a hollow needle. It did sting, but more than anything it makes your eyes water up like mad, because there are nerves in your nose which are connected to your tear ducts. It can get infected easily though, and makes blowing your nose a bit tricky, so if you have a lot of sinus problems, you might be better off getting something else pierced.
Out of 10, I would say the pain of getting your nose pierced is about a 2...but pain is relative, and therefore it depends on your pain threshold. The pain is not a long lingering pain, it is just a short pinch. They will numb it up for you before they do it. I just don't recommend going to a place that will pierce your nose with a gun though.
Im the biggest wimp and i got through it I found my ears more painful. Just a bit of a shock so thats why my eyes watered. On a scale of 1-10 id say 2. Go for it. x
Yeah, I got mine done a few years ago in my thirties. It hurt a bit but it was all over really fast and it was not as bad as the ears, and I have never regretted getting the nose stud for one minute. I'd give it about 2 and a half out of ten.
Ive had it done without any pain relief - just a needle stuck in my nose in a tattoo parlour, for pain Id say 5 out of 10 but thats only for the split second the needle goes in, after that it was throbbing for a day but after that it was fine.

it hurt for a slight second and after it was a bit numb.
but really doesnt hurt as much as ears
Enough to make your eyes water and it'll sting a bit. There's no use in saying it doesn't hurt at all, it does. But y'know... It's not going to be so agonisingly painful that you can't cope, prob won't even make you cry. I wouldn't know what to rate it out of 10 though, I'll leave that for others to answer...
When I went to get my nose pierced, I thought it would really hurt. I sat in the chair and was waiting for her to start, and she'd finished ! I didn't feel a thing.
what does hurt is if you catch it by mistake, so be careful when drying your face not to catch it on a loop in the towel, and watch out for passionate kisses !
well it is a piece of your fresh having a needle stuck through so it will not be pleasant. But when done properly it can be just like a scratch. The worst part is after when it swalls and stings but I think if it suits you it's worth it. Good luck xx
