Just load the cd into your computer's cd or dvd tray.
Then click on "my computer" to find the cd. Click on the nestled folders you find there until you find your images. (hint, change "view" to thumbnails so you can see the pictures)
From there, you can drag and copy the image files to any folder you create on your computer.
