Can someone tell me where I can get a cheap PCI Video card and I'm not going to be doing gaming!

Here they are....cheap. Best place to buy comp parts.

IMHO the nvidia 7200 or the 7300 would be the best.

I suggest doing a search for "PCI Video card" on the web. You should find lots of possibilities.
